Pinnacle Holding was founded in 2015 by renowned Architect Mr. Sherif Seleem (CEO/Principal) with more than 30 years of experience in managing and directing international engineering consultancies, real estate development companies and international project management firms, Mr. Seleem has lead the successful development of mega real estate development in Europe, Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Aiming to have a noticeable contribution in evolving Egypt & MENA markets, Pinnacle Holding was established with the objective of assembling international expertise and complex projects experiences under the same roof working in an orchestrated intercompany structure that allows all Pinnacle specialized subsidiaries to utilize all the existing expertise within the neighboring entities through a well-designed work flow structure and responsibilities assignment tailored to our clients demand and required scopes of work. Pinnacle Holding comprises a number of specialized subsidiaries that work consecutively to offer clients their need of design and project management consultancy services along with development life cycle, from pre to post contract phases. Pinnacle Holding exploits advanced communication and reporting tools aiming to provide ease of work across entities while maintaining segregated performances records for each subsidiary, our methodology provides comfort to our clients as they can have a bespoke bundle for each of their program or project requirements.
