Manage and assist the legal department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage and update legal documents and databases.
Organize and maintain the filing system.
Follow up and track contracts and signature process.
Take legal briefs and notes; prepare correspondence, reports, and datasheets.

3+ years of experience, preferably in law firms
