Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. Build a relationship with clients based on trust and respect. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment. Act as the client's representative in the company to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience. Collect and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services. Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

المتطلبات

Previous experience as an account executive or relevant role in the Advertising industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
