  | Roles & Responsibilities:  | 1.To be able to Liase with various stakeholders including Vendor and Business across varios verticals of the organization to facilitate various Business needs
 2. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills to manage  the stakeholder's expectation
 3. Design and develop the structure of computerized systems to meet the needs and expectations of the end user
 4. Interface with implementation and design vendor engineers to handle problems with design concepts or implementation
 5. Develop sketches, user guides and models to keep end users and vendor up-to-date on system structure
 6. Modify new or already existing system structure to improve efficiency as well as meet client needs.
 5. Maintain accurate records of design operations and steps taken during the structuring of a system.
 6, Update project managers and top manager on the progress of a design.
 7. Maintain architectural products and systems to ensure they remain efficient.
 8. Design the overall system layout and interface.
 9. Responsible for the integration of subsystems, system components and other eco-systems.
 10. Build and maintain systems in partnership with vendors.
 11. Maintain relationship with partners and product vendors to ensure delivery at maximum potentials.
 12. Work with multiple project managers simultaneously to successfully implement the software following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction
 13. Execute all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the business team, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.
 14. Conduct training for customer end-users at all levels of the customer organization and relate system functionality to customer business requirements.
 15. Effective documentation of business requirements into software solutions utilizing  best practices and visual process flowcharts.
 16. Respond to technical support issues related to the system implementation. Deliver prompt, concise, and friendly communications while providing high quality service and leadership to align with customer goals and requests.
 17.Adept with Azure Cloud , working experience with SaaS 
 18. Good understanding of Cloud infrastructure to understand the performance of the system wrt reliabilty and availbility of the platform 
 19.Good understanding of Restful API's and third party integrations with various complex backened systems ( Namely datawarehouse) 
 20.Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life-cycle following a process-based methodology
 21.Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions
 22.Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, etc.) is a nice-to-have for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data
 23.Hands on coding experience on end - end iplementation of a solution from scratch.Good experience with Programming interfaces Like Java.
