عن الوظيفة
-Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.
- Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business.
-May assist in training new employees. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
-Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
-Ensure customers queries are answered with the aim of a first-time resolution
-Build and maintain business relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty. | -Graduates and undergrads are welcome to apply.
-Basic Background of the customer Services.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-0-2 years of experience
