Branch Operations:
Oversee the efficient operation of all branches in the assigned area (Cairo or Giza).
Ensure that each branch meets performance standards in sales, service, and operations.
Implement company policies and procedures consistently across all locations.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor branch managers and staff to achieve operational goals.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify development opportunities for the team.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high employee morale.
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales growth in the region through effective promotions, marketing, and customer engagement.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote branch-specific campaigns and initiatives.
Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all branches by monitoring and addressing customer feedback.
Resolve escalated customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Regularly assess and improve the overall customer service processes across branches.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets and control operating expenses across all branches.
Ensure financial targets and KPIs are achieved, including cost controls and revenue generation.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
Inventory & Supply Chain:
Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
Ensure that all branches adhere to stock management protocols and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Compliance & Health/Safety:
Ensure all branches comply with local laws, company policies, and health and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits to ensure operational, financial, and safety standards are being met.
المتطلبات
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in branch management, retail management, or operations management, with a focus on multi-site management.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
In-depth understanding of financials, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple branches and prioritize tasks effectively.
