B2B Operation Specialist:
● Monitoring and supervising day-to-day after registration
process with B2b clients.
● Directly make or receive phone calls or emails to or from B2B
clients for daily requests, problems, or complaints.
● Making sure that all clients in his accounts are satisfied and
positive after handling any complaints or cases.
Job responsibilities:
Must have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
● V.good verbal and written English.
● Excellent usage of ms excel.
● Excellent communication skills
