عن الوظيفة
- Provide end-to-end technical support for BIM360 / ACC users through tickets, email, and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, analyze logs, reproduce errors, and document resolution steps.
- Administer BIM360 / ACC projects including project setup, templates, folders, workflows, and permissions.
- Manage user onboarding, access control, role assignments, and bulk user management.
- Deliver platform training sessions, user guides, and support documentation.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, SOPs, and best-practice documentation.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders and escalate critical issues when required.
- Track support metrics, SLA compliance, and platform adoption reports.
