  • The following are the key duties & responsibilities related to the position, not limited to:
  • Conduct Corp outbound- inbound phone calls (Follow-ups, payments, confirmation, feedback)
  • Individuals outbound- inbound phone calls (website visitors, payments, confirmation, follow-up, referrals)
  • Sending emails to customers includes calendars- programs outlines- registration form-offers
  • Social media and website activities such as- Ads, posts, reply to comments & message on Facebook, and also update the website quarterly
  • Responsible for CRM data entry
  • Sending Sales reports- invoices to financial team
  • Sending the classes requests to operations to book trainers accordingly

Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants within assigned categories and business sectors.Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, direct outreach, events, and digital channels.Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to introduce partnership opportunities and platform benefits.Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition and activation process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.Ensure achievement of monthly merchant activation targets and category coverage objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding, activation, and ongoing support.Maintain accurate records of leads, merchant status, activation progress, and partnership performance.Prepare periodic reports on pipeline progress, merchant activations, revenue contribution, and business development activities.Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct manager.
