Atheel Contact Center is strategically located in El-Tatbeqyen Tower, 21st floor, El-Abbassia, Cairo, Egypt, with additional branches in Maadi. Operating 24/7, Atheel has established a strong presence in the market, serving a growing number of local and offshore clients. By focusing on client requirements and exceeding expectations, Atheel has built a strong client base of 40 partners.


Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Specialist at Atheel Contact Center in Cairo, Egypt. The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with clients on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in handling customer concerns and resolving issues
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
