Supporting & handling all compliance requirements for Cassbana’s product in different jurisdictions.
Job responsibilities:
Monitoring colleague participation and execution of compliance standards in the areas of Gifts and Entertainment, AML/KYC, Economic Sanctions and other compliance policies and topics.
Act as a liaison between Cassbana and local regulators, law enforcement and any other relevant authorities with regard to Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing.
Submission of suspicious activity reports to regulators or law enforcement where required.
المتطلبات
Bachelor’s degree in Law (English Department).
Working experience in the following areas is essential, Consumer credit, Payment services and systems, financial crime risk including anti-money laundering / counter terrorism financing (AML/CTF), sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) and fraud.
Knowledge of Egyptian regulations is a must.
Admitted to the Bar Association and currently registered practicing attorney in Egypt.
