- Conduct research about the industry-related topics & come up with timely content plans.
- Create content for company’s or customer’s channels with a deep understanding of each industry upon.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Manage & distribute marketing content over multiple channels such as social media & websites.
- Write highly engaging promotional or introductory videos scripts.
- Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Come up with scripted replies to social media users’/customers’ queries.
- Assist in the creative process of coming up with new campaign ideas.
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
- Catch the trends and use Real-time marketing + Newsjacking techniques.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Writing monthly and weekly reports to evaluate social media accounts and content efficiency.
- Design static content artwork through (canva – photoshop).
- Social media coverage for brand events and activities.
