- Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of photographers, photo editors,
specialists, and vendor relations, via telephone calls and messages as well as a variety
of clerical duties of discovery operations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the appeal of different
genres across target audience demographics.
- Own content merchandising planning and implementation over elmenus app/website.
- Managing a team of discovery specialists to cover more areas acquiring the necessary
information to add more restaurants on the platform.
- Responsible for the discovery page on the app and its impact regarding visuals and
conversion, and executing new initiatives for boosting said metrics.
- Represent the Company to both internal staff and external vendors in a manner that is at
all times professional, knowledgeable, tactful, poised, and efficient
- Managing an effective scheduling procedure and coordinates booked cases efficiently in
terms of time and transportation needs in a given day/week per each photographer
- Processing Daily pendency report and resolving any issues that may arise
- Financial and operational planning for studio and photographers in-house or third-party.
- Regularly reporting key metrics like productivity, volume and quality metrics to
stakeholders
- Collecting and analyzing data and testing solutions for process improvements and new
initiatives
- Providing daily supervision as well as mentoring, training, development and performance
management of discovery team
- Creating training and process documentation that complies with imagery quality
guidelines.
- Follows imagery guidelines to prepare products for imaging and adhering to high quality
standards
- Facilities requests-process all client/tenant service requests or issues in a timely manner
by dispatching calls to the appropriate departments to ensure a case is created/resolved
- Using systems/data to track and plan for volume and flow of product that requires
imaging
