Job description

- Determine patterns and analyse customer behaviour to address business problems and generate actionable insights 
- Assess the performance of different marketing activities (e.g. campaigns, product launch...etc) and their impact on the customers Gather, validate, and explore data in order to find hidden insights and patterns 
- Analyse information from multiple data sources and business stakeholders to identify actionable insights Identify opportunities to drive customer value, through different customer behavior analysis techniques 
- Review customer data for trends, patterns, and causal analysis to assist in understanding customer behavior 
- Execute advanced analytics techniques to translate large and complex datasets into concise easy-to-use insights 
- Collaborate with Business and Data Engineering teams to solve business problems and identify opportunities for building ready for use data products 
- Assist in the communication of results, insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership
