Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Handle and resolve customer complaints
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
· Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support
· Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies
· Close sales and lead customers through the purchasing process
· Respond promptly to customers' inquiries
· Attract potential customers by providing them with accurate information
Job responsibilities:

· Presentable
· Sales Experience without target
· Good Command of English Language.
· Excellent in Microsoft Office
· Car rental experience preferred
· Excellent communication skills
· Bachelor Degree.
