This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate (English Speaker) located in Cairo. The customer service associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction, managing customer experience, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette. Daily tasks will involve responding to customer support requests, resolving issues promptly, and delivering excellent customer service.

Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
Strong Phone Etiquette skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work efficiently in a face-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
