Job description
The opportunity at a glance Improving customer experience whether communication is done via phone, email or face-to-face through taking ownership of customer related issues and following up on them till resolution aiming at meeting customers’ expectations and ensuring highest customer's satisfaction level.
Job responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or any related discipline Technical Skills: - understanding of cement industry, logistics back ground, Negotiation & communication Skills, time management skills, Good listener - Professionalism: pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. - Initiative: Excited to take on responsibilities and challenges Experience: From 1 to 3 years of Experience in commercial field / Customer Service Field
