· Ability to lead, manage, coach, and inspire direct line and matrix reports. · Strong Sales Management and Financial services experience · Expert relationship building and collaboration · Knowledge of Industry best practice · Able to Participate in the field training, gaining the respect of the Agency · Technically sound, able to explain to others the products, processes, sales policy and other technical information without error or fault. · Understanding of training, coaching and other development techniques with knowledge of training platforms and access to other learning resources.
المتطلبات
· Not less than 10 years "Sales Management" experience in Banking, Tourism, FMCG or Medical sectors. · Progressive experience in a key Leadership/ Management role 8 years minimum.
