Concept property located in El- sheikh Zayed is hiring now : · Executive Accountant “+6 Years of experience in the real estate field up to 10 years ” Salary range from 7k up to 10k
Salary can be upgraded depending on experience.
Job responsibilities:
• Review all documents
• Recorded monthly tax returns on the tax website and pay off the debts
• Responsible for the treasury and approval of the daily exchange documents.
• Review daily entries for revenues, expenses, purchases and bank reconciliation
• Prepare payroll wages report
• Analyzing balances related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and loans
• Preparing full financial statements
المتطلبات
▪ Preferable October and Sheikh Zayed Residence. ▪ B.A degree of any reputable university ▪ Experience in Real Estate Industry is a MUST ▪ Good knowledge of Odo system ▪ Very good English Level ▪ Excellent Computer User & MS Office ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills ▪ 5 working days + 2 days off
