عن الوظيفة
Excellent knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and trims.
Responsible for the technical development of collections, with a focus on the fittings, sample-making process, supervision of the patternmakers, fit notes, pre-production schedules, etc ...
Guarantees on-time production targets, and schedule production with cutters and sewers accordingly
Monitors, and ensures quality control of garments, and accessories
Negotiate the job offers with the selected candidates and get their signature on it if required.
Share periodical progress report about the recruitment requests and its results to the Direct Manager.
Handle any other tasks assigned by the direct or the line manager.
