Responsibilities:

Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
Provide an estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income. | Qualifications:

Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills..
Fluent in English 
Availability to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation: Night and Overnight shift
