-Responsible for providing various forms of computer-related technical assistance. - Improving the efficiency of the work of the staff through the use of technology. - Provide internal IT support (server security, software updates, hardware maintenance,Cyber security). - Evaluate new hardware and software to meet company requirements. - Monitor or optimise the performance, security, backup, and recovery of the database. - Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organisation. - Support for legacy desktops, laptops and servers. - Managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks. -Tracking the data and communications used on Company networks. - Setting up networks. -Server maintenance Report to: Technical operation manager.
