- Lead IT Technical support & Network Administrative Team
- Ensure a stable and highly available enterprise computing environment, including effective customer communications, problem solving, root cause analysis
- Oversee and manage security operations to ensure the integrity and compliance of company infrastructure and data
- Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing
- Design, implement and manage enterprise-scale technologies such as server platforms, desktop platforms, Active Directory, DNS, Virtualization, Backup systems
- Design & assign security policies to servers based on policy, Secure & protect IT environment from any threats.
- Design, implement and manage the network infrastructure, including components such as switches, routers, firewalls, AP, IP Telephones, wireless Controllers, and load balancers.
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and system infrastructure
- Ensure data center connectivity redundancy and high availability.
- Overseeing data center health using management tools and responding to hardware issues as they arise.
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in designing, implementing and secure IT infra
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
- Excellent hands-on experience in Firewall security and Antivirus administration
- Experience with backup solution
- Hand Experience in office 365 administration
- Experience with IP phones and CCTV administration
Having
the certificates Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, CCNA and similar
