- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to the Managing Director and other members of staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and the products or services.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
- Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors.
- Litigation cases monitoring.
- Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company.
- Staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the Company's business and specific industry.
- Provide clarification on legal matters or specifications to everyone in the organization.
- Provide assistance regarding research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations & assisting management in understanding legal and contractual risks and mitigating those risks.
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties, creating relations of trust.
- Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
