Job Purpose: Safeguard the company's interests and rights by assuring that all corporate activities adhere to the applicable Egyptian laws and complying with the NTRA directives.
Job Description: • Analyze and follow-up all legal cases that Etisalat Egypt is involved in. • Perform legal research when required to support the legal work and to stay up-to-date. • Follow-up and instruct when required legal services performed by Etisalat's external law firm and challenge their defense/arguments when required. • Follow-up and instruct other departments to provide us with any required documents/data that support lawsuits status.
