عن الوظيفة
Handling day-to-day legal support on the daily activities of the local operations, including contract negotiations, formulation & implementation and set the negotiation strategy.
Job responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and commercially-oriented operational legal and compliance support to management/business units/functions.
Create and update contract templates based on best practices and evolving legal standards to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
Provide operational support on the daily activities of the local operations, including rendering support to the various functions.
Participate in contract negotiations, formulation & implementation and set the negotiation strategy.
Carrying on the required legal investigations and takes whatever procedures, recommendations, or decisions according to the labor law and the company’s policy.
المتطلبات
Bachelor’s degree in Law (English or French Department).
Admitted to the Bar Association and currently registered practicing attorney in Egypt.
Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of commercial contracts is a must.
Excellent project management, negotiation, drafting, and time management skills.
Can develop relevant and creative solutions to meet current and evolving business needs.
Years of experience: 2-4 years of attorney-level experience in law firm/in-house legal department at a fast-paced technology company.
