Job description
Support the litigation legal manager in day-to-day litigation matters Update the electronic litigation calendar for court sessions shared with the Legal team Update litigation information sheets Manage litigation filing system Follow up litigation matters with the external lawyers. Coordinate with different departments to obtain documents and information required for the litigation cases. Follow up receiving copies of the documents submitted to court by the external lawyers or other parties to insure having full record of the documents of each legal case (hard/soft copies). Managing bounced checks files. Handle external tasks at the courts and police stations as required.
الخبرة, المهارات والمتطلبات
Bachelor’s degree in law. 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent computer skills Excellent Arabic and English language skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills.
