عن الوظيفة
· Logistics Management: Effectively, safely and efficiently perform and / or manage the timely delivery of all on-site Logistics Support services in support of the ADASI Operations, Maintenance, Business Development (demonstrations and shows) and Procurement Groups, providing effective leadership and ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of services. Services to include: (1) AV Parts, Support Equipment, Consumables and stationary stores services. (2) AV, component and equipment shipping and transportation. (3) Local purchase of tools, equipment, spares, repairs and consumables. To ensure smooth logistics between Al Dhafra air base and all operations locations and deployments sites and to ensure safe delivery of services.
· Vehicle Fleet Management: Safely and successfully manage the complete ADASI Operations and Maintenance fleet of vehicles, ensuring that the maximum fleet availability is sustained at all times. To support all ADASI opertions in all sites and ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of services.
· Facilities Management: As focal point of contact (POC) for working facilities at the Al Dhafra Base Maintenance site: 1) Ensure that the facilities remain safe, clean and sanitary and fit for purpose at all times. 2) Provide liaison between ADASI Operations and Support, Al Dhafra Security and ADASI HQ and Al Ain to ensure smooth progression of site access for (internal and external) personnel and equipment. In order to have an integrated approach to operating, maintaining, improving the facilities in Al Dhafra in order to create an environment that strongly supports the primary objectives of ADASI.
المتطلبات
·No specific Logistics Management qualifications required (local training provided).
·Successful completion of high school.
·Hold a certificate of ICDL.
·Fluency in oral/written English (IELTS, 5.0 and above) and Arabic.
·Supervisory skills. Warehousing and stores management. Asset Management. Other courses in procurement and maintenance logistics.
