- Lead the implementation and enhancement of M3 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
- Analyze business and financial requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Configure finance processes and ensure alignment with accounting standards and policies
- Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior consultants
- Support testing cycles, data migration, and user training
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders and project leadership
