The opportunity at a glance
Contribute to the overall performance improvement of the plant through implementing and developing Lafarge maintenance processes and mind-set organise and manage the department's human, financial and material resources to optimise the quality of its services and its technical and economic performance, ensure optimum equipment availability and performance in the short, medium and long term, at minimum cost.

Education: BSC in Engineering with a specific focus on mechanical
Technical Skills: Proven skills in managing people In depth knowledge of maintenance activities (Mechanical, Electrical, Methods) In depth knowledge of industrial relations & union activities Strong preventive and predictive maintenance program experience Excellent organization, planning, problem solving, goal setting, performance measurement and follow-through skills Excellent communication & negotiation skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office
