عن الوظيفة
- Receive installation or maintenance orders through the Odoo system.
- Contact customers to confirm appointment dates and times.
- Allocate orders to installation technicians based on their availability and expertise.
- Monitor the execution of installation and maintenance tasks by technicians.
- Keep track of the progress and completion of each technician's work through the system.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor Degree
- proficiency in using Odoo system
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers, sales team, and technicians.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Preferably Male
Giza residents are preferred
