Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve operations processes using different methodologies.
- Identify the needed changes in both ground operations and shopper app in order to increase the automation in the rider experience.
- Determine optimal cost and quality targets for relevant stakeholders in the operations organization.
- Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems, and opportunities.
- Ensure performance reports are produced according to specifications and distributed according to the agreed timetable.
- Take the lead on planning needed shoppers/delivery men in each zone according to the forecast of the growth team.
- Ensure and control a high utilization for nana delivery partners in order to reduce the CPO.
- Build a fraud engine to dedicate any possible fraud scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years’ experience in the related area preferred with the logistics field
- Ability to develop new ideas and influence business decisions
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different types of people.
- Good analytical and modeling skills
