عن الوظيفة

  • Leading the transformation of loan officer incentive schemes to motivate performance enhancement across different lending domains (micro-financing, BNPL, nano-lending, payments .. etc).
  • Leading a hybrid clustering model (static & dynamic) for Halan's loan officer base.
  • Taking full ownership and creating data-driven insights and analyses that influence optimization decisions and performance uplift strategies.
  • Monitoring digital transformation KPIs across.
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results, and producing actionable supply (loan officers) insights. using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
  • Launching multiple incentive campaigns to test hypotheses utilizing AB testing.
  • Reporting on the results to the organization and working on incentive roll-out plans.
  • Owning the loan officer funnel to optimize for retention and base growth.
  • Budgeting and forecasting the loan officer engagement plan.
  • Working closely with the product & operations teams to identify loan officer pain points and increase loan officer app digital adoption.


Job responsibilities:

المتطلبات

  • You have 3-7 years of proven experience in an analytical role, ideally with experience with performance management and incentives.
  • You are a Microsoft excel expert.
  • You are comfortable working in a cross-team format, and able to synergize with multiple stakeholders to launch different projects.
  • You have experience with budgeting and financial planning.
  • You have a good understanding of base growth and performance methodology (AB testing, clustering and cohort analysis, etc).
  • You have an analytical mind and an inclination for problem-solving.
  • You are able to analyze large datasets and run needed data computations.
  • You have a strong verbal communication/interpersonal skills. You are also able to visualize the output of your work in using summaries and simple dashboards.
  • You are comfortable presenting to management (up to C-level) teams.
  • It's a plus if you have experience with SQL or Python.
