عن الوظيفة
-Oversee daily operations of the plant, including the Aluminium Powder Coating Line, Aluminium Extrusion Line, and Accessories Production.
-Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while ensuring cost efficiency and minimizing downtime.
-Implement Lean manufacturing techniques and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
-Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development to improve team capabilities.
-Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all plant employees.
-Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
-Develop and manage the plant budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
-Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability.
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, cost, and safety.
-Prepare regular reports on plant operations, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
المتطلبات
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, A Master's degree is a plus.
-Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in plant management within the manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in aluminum extrusion or powder coating.
-Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma (certification is a plus).
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to manufacturing.
-Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments and manage a diverse team.
-Proficient in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
