عن الوظيفة
-Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions to meet delivery times for complete orders.
-Monitor production costs and expenses.
-Develop, implement, and review manufacturing policies and procedures.
-Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets and all required resources are being met on a cost-effective basis.
-Meet high production standards for new products and be in contact with suppliers for corrective actions when needed.
-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
-Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
-Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed.
-Work with the top management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
-Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
-Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
-Support worker communication with the management team.
المتطلبات
-5+ years of experience as a production manager preferably in the extrusion industry or similar.
-Bachelor degree in Engineering (electrical / mechanical), Manufacturing systems, Project management.
-Excellent command of English Language.
-ERP software literal.
-Details oriented & Analyzing Information.
-Good organization skills.
-Handle Pressure.
-Creative problem solving.
-Good communication skills.
