Role Profile:

Project Analyst - Corporate Projects and Support is responsible for developing innovative compliance tools, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, and contributing creative design solutions to support people-related initiatives. This role involves blending creativity with compliance requirements, managing communication strategies, and producing engaging multimedia content to drive project success.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Compliance Tools Development:

• Design and implement user-friendly compliance tools that align with corporate standards and enhance operational efficiency.
• Create innovative resources, including digital templates, training modules, and assessment tools, to support compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify compliance needs and develop tailored solutions.

2. Creative Design and Content Production:

• Develop high-quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and presentations, to support corporate projects.
• Utilize creative design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro) to produce engaging and effective communication materials.

3. Communication Strategy and Management:

• Create and execute communication plans to support project initiatives and compliance objectives.
• Develop clear and professional communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, and internal updates.

4. Project Coordination and Support:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in coordinating corporate projects, with a focus on compliance and creative elements
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring compliance tools are effectively integrated into project workflows.
• Provide administrative support, including managing project documentation and preparing project reports.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Service:

• Engage with project stakeholders to understand their compliance and communication needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, offering creative solutions to project challenges and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to introduce new compliance tools and creative resources to teams.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance tools development, creative design, and project support roles.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and advanced design software.

Skills: 

• Creative Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze compliance needs and generate practical, creative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Arabic.
• Project Management: Experience in supporting project planning, execution, and reporting with a focus on compliance and design.
