Able to strategize & set Project roadmap to fulfill required outcomes Manage multiple complex projects in parallel Plan for New Market Launch Readiness, Lead Project launches & New Markets Entry Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & within budget Monitor proactively the implementation of the project at all stages and ensure meeting project objectives & Customers gaining their required benefits Coordinate internal resources & third parties/vendors to ensure resource availability & allocation for the flawless execution of projects Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility Resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate Follow & Apply Sprints` Project Management & Delivery governance across all projects Initiate efforts to improve PM processes & tools continuously Manage project communication with all stakeholders; projects' teams, External Customers & project steering committee Manage risks proactively to ensure project's successful output. Initiate extra activities & other management interventions wherever gaps in the project are identified or issues arise Measure project performance & regularly reporting to project`s key stakeholders as per agreed communication plan Actively manage stakeholders’ expectations & perceptions for project deliverables & progress Facilitate conflict resolution and problem-solving sessions Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders Create & maintain Sprints` standardized project documentation & artifacts Ensure Project output avails required outcomes & benefits Perform closing activities & make sure benefits are either tracked or realized at project end
المتطلبات
Requirements Minimum 5 years of Professional Project Management experience Working Experience in Development / L&D field is a plus Experience in performing all the above-mentioned responsibilities Excellent client-facing with Customer - centricity attitude Excellent written & verbal communication skills English above moderate fluency is a must Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Previous Project Management Training is a must PMP certification or any equivalent is a plus Agile Mindset & Framework understanding is a plus
