Appraise property or properties using local comparisons. Visit and show several sites and explain the features of homes. Determine the best method of buying or selling and review financials. ensure the property is updated and ready for sale. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales. Compare properties with similar properties to Determine the fair market prices.
المتطلبات
Bachelor's Degree is A must. Applicant must have a car. Good command of English (oral & written). Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
