عن الوظيفة
Ensuring work instructions and procedures are appropriately understood, carried out,
evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary;
Ensuring that the products are stored, distributed, and handled so that quality is maintained
throughout their shelf life.
Monitoring and auditing work practices and conducting Products & System audits to ensure
processes are being followed and products are reviewed/tested/inspected to ensure that
high-quality product is being produced.
Identification of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions.
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
with the implementation of Quality circles functioning; to lead, guide, train and motivate the
team of the quality inspection and guarded system and the quality of the product.
Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to
assist and reduce quality cost and scrap levels. Looking to improve on the quality of products
without affecting the cost and the efficiency.
Managing the implementation and certification process of the QMS, GMP, EMS and Social
Accountability system of the organization under ISO 9001, ISO 22716:2007, ISO 14001 and
OSHAS 18001 respectively.
To communicate the GMP Cosmetics rules and regulations to operations team.
Conduct Market visits, monitor status and follow up actions & conducting Benchmarking
studies.
Conduct and manage 3rd Party Audits
Validation of Production Lines, Mixers /equipment Validation & Validations of any Change in
the facility (new /upgraded utility equipment’s / process design, layout change, Etc.)
Following up of customer’s complaints/ recalls system, and ensure that complaints are
handled properly and corrective/ preventative actions are taken as deemed necessary.
Normal working conditions in the factory of the company.
Working hours: 08:30 Hours including 60 minutes break.
Location: Factory of Dabur, 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.
Days off: Friday and alternative Saturdays every week.
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
Graduate or Postgraduate in Science / Pharmacy / related field
Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 & having deep knowledge for the same.
+7 years’ experience in similar industry (pharmaceutical / cosmetic /Food).
Internal auditor and deep understanding of ISO14001, ISO 45001 and 22716.
Aware of GMP Requirements for cosmetics industry.
Lean Certified & good awareness of the concept with good experience in implementing the
concepts.
