The opportunity at a glance
Leading the QC KPIs, specifications analysis, and Quality Plan implementation for a big size project plant or a big size commercial plant with an annual production budget of more than 100Km3. In addition to managing the mix design platform and automation (Labmix) activities at the plant level. The job holder should also contribute in the QIP be leading 1-2 quality improvement projects per year and be responsible of their results.
This should lead to a continuous tracking and improvement for the QC KPIs, unlocking of optimization and improvement opportunities, demonstrating competitive edge and hence increasing revenues whilst reducing cost of poor quality.
Job responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor in Civil Engineering (preferably), or a Bachelor in Chemistry or Geology with years of experience in concrete and concrete materials testing.
Technical Skills: High awareness of local and international standards and codes, concrete technology, raw materials and concrete testing, calibration procedures, high inspection and analytical skills.
