عن الوظيفة
- Define hiring needs by the regular communication with department heads and update manpower planning accordingly.
- Implement and control the whole recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide a pool of resumes through the different recruitment channels, in order to build up and maintain categorized and efficient database.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and communicate directly with the assigned Head of departments to coordinate the technical selection process.
المتطلبات
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent English level
