- Follow up on the hiring and recruitment end-to-end process.
- Review monthly database.
- Manage data collection and data analysis to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Create detailed reports on the recruitment process, such as time to hire, and quality of hires.
- Responsible for organizing employment activities end-to-end.
المتطلبات
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- English Language proficiency
- Have never been tested by Banque Misr
- No Relatives till 3rd degree working currently at Banque Misr
- Cairo resident
