Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to introduce and sell products/services.
Handle inbound sales calls and provide detailed information about offerings.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to fit those needs effectively.
Use scripts, CRM tools, and call guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer data.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call quality and sales techniques. | Previous experience in a call center or telesales environment preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and call center software.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
English Proficiency: B2+ / C1
