Hiring Sales Coordinator 


Job responsibilities:

  • Support sales operations team with updating appropriate sales documentation . 
  • Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools.
  • Creating and developing sales reports .
  • Responsible for the sales transactions.
  • Develop and follow up on work flow and sales cycle.
  • Resolve customer issues, follow-up on clients requests, and inspecting on the customer service at the Company.
  • Follow-up on the Company’s system and ensure all data is entered accurately
  • Follow up on the Company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.

Bachelor degree


Proficient use of Microsoft office applications.

Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants within assigned categories and business sectors.Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, direct outreach, events, and digital channels.Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to introduce partnership opportunities and platform benefits.Manage the end-to-end merchant acquisition and activation process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.Ensure achievement of monthly merchant activation targets and category coverage objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful merchant onboarding, activation, and ongoing support.Maintain accurate records of leads, merchant status, activation progress, and partnership performance.Prepare periodic reports on pipeline progress, merchant activations, revenue contribution, and business development activities.Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct manager.
