- Bocsha is looking for bright, articulate, detail-oriented Customer Experience Associates who are motivated to help us exceed our customers’ expectations.
- As a customer-centric company, the Customer Experience Associate is a critical part of Bocsha team and its mission to deliver timely and professional customer experience to all of its customers.
- This important position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in issues related to their orders or digital experience and correcting post-ordering issues.
- Associates communicate with customers primarily via telephone, email and through Breadfast website beside other third-party tools.
Job responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
