We're looking for top talents to be part of the very first batch for immediate hiring!
Earn up to 22,500 EGP NET
- Requirements:
Language: English B2/C1
Prior customer service experience is a must
Sales or upselling experience is a plus
Open to Graduates only
🇪🇬 Open to Egyptians only
- What we offer:
🕒 9-hour shifts from 2 PM to 5 AM
📅 Fixed 2 Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
🚍 Transportation included (outbound trips provided)
📍 Location: Maadi, Corniche
المتطلبات
- Responsible for creating a positive 1st impression of the account by having a positive tone of voice and conversational energy on a consumer's 1st interaction with the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service - Execute transfer of potential customers to a licensed insurance agent
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in the insurance market - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Intense focus on script adherence, customer screening, and handling and overcoming consumer objections and stalls to get them the help they need in their shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed specified monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators.
