Partner with clients to buy real estate properties within the target market they have identified
- Show various properties to prospective buyers and help them find the right property
- Negotiate between buyers and the developers to facilitate the agreements with the satisfaction of
the both parties.
Determine prices of properties by comparing with other
similar properties and in accordance with market rates.
