SAP Support Engineer

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of ABAP development experience in SAP ECC version 6.0 or higher.
The candidate must has 4+ year experience in all SAP modules.
In depth experience in at least one SAP business module (PP, MM, FI, CO, PO , EP,WDA) and some working knowledge in 2 or more.
Intensive experience and hands on with UI5 , WDP and SAP Fiori .
Development experience in SAP TM is desirable.
Excellent hands-on experience in all types of ABAP development (reports, enhancements, interfaces, function modules and module pool).
Strong understanding of ABAP objects (Object Oriented concepts) with hands on working knowledge being preferred.
Experience across all phases of software development cycles.
Experience working in a structured development environment.
Strong analytical and problem identification and resolution skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers
Reconcile data across the financial systems landscape and diagnose discrepancies which can involve exploring data in other SAP modules including PS, AA, SD, in BI and BPC
Worked as the first point of contact with the user community, service delivery of SAP FI/CO application support, and operations 1st 2nd and 3rd Level Support
System Monitoring and Improvement
Process Monitoring for IT internal process

Job responsibilities:

Support / maintain the SAP productive systems and debug system issues.
Evaluate, interpret, and understand Functional specifications for highly complex custom development.
