عن الوظيفة
Manage the process of end-month closing (GL, Book registration, etc..) to ensure the financial data accuracy reported on systems.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Take the responsibility of control over the following:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Cash receipts.
General ledger
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Monthly Balance sheet reconciliations.
Monitor and enforce proper accounting methods and principles.
Ensure compliance with the company's standards.
Follow up accounting team (developing, encouraging, and KPIs setting)
Monitor and analyze the accounting data to locate its weakness and strength.
Job responsibilities:

المتطلبات
Requirements
BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven working experience 3+ year as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system (Odoo preferable).
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
Ability to direct and supervise
Fluency in English
