عن الوظيفة
- Conducting comprehensive valuations, consolidating investment packages, and preparing investor presentations.
- Reviewing all documentation and assuring high quality deliverables.
- Presenting investment opportunities to investors and participating in negotiations.
- Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationship with clients and the network of investors.
- Managing and coaching analysts’ day to day on the job.
- Working together with the team leader to reach deal closure and turn prospective leads into long term clients.
Job responsibilities:
المتطلبات
- Bachelor of business administration finance or similar degree.
- 6-8 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- High analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work on regional assignments.
- Ability to work under pressure.
